Da Fu Gui Restaurant

Established in 1881, now it is the largest Hui dish restaurant, also with the longest history. The feature of the Hui dish is dishes with heavy oil and condiment and with the original soup and taste of the materials.

Da Hu Chun Restaurant

Opened in the later 1930, an old name of fried dumplings restaurant in Shanghai, it serves meat fried dumplings, fried dumplings with shrimp, beef soup and other food.

De Xing Restaurant

Created in 1883, the Shanghai De Xing Restaurant is the origin of the authentic local cuisine. It has developed many new dishes with the help of its historical resources. 

Lao Zheng Xing Restaurant

Built in 1909, Qiao Jia Shan, the name of a refreshment restaurant is reputed both at home and abroad. It specializes in glutinous rice dumplings, eight-jewel rice, steamed puffed cake and cat`s ear snack.

Shanghai Old Restaurant

Located in the tourist zone of the Yuyuan Commercial City, it is the origin of the Shanghai cuisine. The dishes are famed for the selection of the finest ingredients and the pure taste.

Shen Da Cheng Restaurant

With a history of more than 130 years, it is famous for peach-shaped birthday cake, glutinous rice dumplings, green dumplings, fried noodles and other snacks. It also serves food pickled with grain or in wine, such as pickled shrimp, crab, beans and etc.

Wang Bao He Restaurant

Opened in 1936, it specialises in making rice wine and cooking river crab. It is one of the best places to taste crab.

Wang Jia Sha Restaurant

Started business in 1945, it specializes in stir-fried dumplings, steamed dumplings, stuffed dumplings made of glutinous rice flour served in soup. The most famous ones are meat dumplings, crispy cakes with sweetened red bean paste, fried noodles with shrimp, meat stir-fried dumplings.
